After living in a rural estate lot for 13 years we made the decision to move back into the city and look for a home downtown where we could walk to amenities. Marc was recommended to us by our sister in-law who had used him to find their home. With a crazy housing market and some specific things we were looking for, it took us around 18 months to find the property we wanted. During that time Marc was always patient and helpful, showing us properties as well as dispensing advice on the fluctuating marke conditions. At no time did we feel pressured to make an offer on any property and when we did finally find the right place, Marc guided us quickly through the process, including lining up a inspector to help us make our decision. Found Marc on this site and contacted him late 2021 to help us find a home in the Ottawa region. Our plan was to give each person a day to reply before moving onto another realtor (using that as our "how fast does this individual reply" type thing). Marc replied that same day with questions and set-up a time to have a call to discuss further. Great start to this process. As we are hailing from Montreal, it limited us to visiting once a week to see homes, which made it very hard in todays market to find something and have the time to bid.
