Marc is an excellent real estate agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home! We (my husband and myself) read great reviews about Marc and he was top rated. We emailed him and got a response the same day. Marc is really nice and patient. He really took the time to listen to our needs, in order to show us homes that met our requirements. Marc is flexible; we lived in Montreal and were only free to see houses on Fridays. Therefore, Marc accommodated us; met with us on Fridays to show us as many houses we could see considering our time restrictions (in Ottawa and surrounding areas). Also, he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented; he informed us about so many things regarding properties, that you would not even think of. He responded to emails in a timely fashion and sent us listings regularly for review. Also he has references available if needed, for needs that arise when purchasing or selling a home, i.e. contractor, etc. With Marc as our real estate agent, the process of purchasing a home was pleasant and easy!
