We were referred to Marc by a friend who Marc had helped find and purchase their first home a few years ago. As a first time home buyer with no experience looking at houses, Marc was extremely helpful in showing us all areas of concern with houses we went to view and even recommendations for renovations that could be done if we ended up getting the house. Marc helped us find a rental in a very short period of time when we moved to Ottawa several years ago. It was a stressful time, but he made the whole experience much easier.
