We were referred to Marc by a friend who Marc had helped find and purchase their first home a few years ago. As a first time home buyer with no experience looking at houses, Marc was extremely helpful in showing us all areas of concern with houses we went to view and even recommendations for renovations that could be done if we ended up getting the house. Before our first viewing, I thought the experience would be very uncomfortable not knowing anything about buying a house, what that process looks like and my expectations of the house I wanted. When we went to our first viewing with Marc, he did not make me feel like I knew nothing, he freely guided us through the house and answered any and all questions that we had about the buying process and what to expect once we did buy and start living in our own home. Once we did successfully get an offer accepted on our new home, Marc sent us a follow up email a month before closing to remind us of some important things to remember to get set up for our new place, including contact information and URLs for utility companies.
