Marc helped us find a rental in a very short period of time when we moved to Ottawa several years ago. It was a stressful time, but he made the whole experience much easier. Over the next few years, I emailed him a few times out of the blue with questions about the current housing market, and he always took the time to respond thoughtfully. When we started considering buying a home in the middle of the pandemic this year, we reached out to Marc again. Sometimes people change once they are more established and successful in their business. But with Marc, we felt that he was still genuine, helpful, and honest even years later. We were right, and it was another exceptionally positive experience for us. Sure, there were a couple of hiccups along the way, and Marc can't predict everything, but he was always willing to listen and guide us to the best of his ability and knowledge. He remained patient, prompt, and professional from the beginning to the end. We would certainly connect with him again if we ever need to sell/buy.
