We have been working with Cam approximately 3 years. Even though we couldn’t find a home that we felt we could love for a long time Cam never gave up. Cam was referred to us by a family member of ours, who also happens to be a colleague of Cam's. Cam came highly recommended and we quickly discovered why. Right from the first introductions Cam presented himself professionally and cordially. He even fulfilled a personal request to not wear any scents, as I have scent induced asthma. He had immediate answers to our multitude of questions as we are from out of town. He was well versed in the detailed information regarding each property he showed us. I really don’t want to sound like I’m making things up but our experience with Cam has been truly amazing. We’ve been looking at properties for the last 3 years off and on with a very specific criteria of what we wanted. All along the way Cam never wavered or showed any disinterest in showing us properties. Always returned any call or text immediately and could find out any answer. Upon finding the property we ended up purchasing Cam was outstanding yet again. And that was just the start at our showing, the real magic was how fast and clean Cam completed the deal. Even with our sometimes indecisiveness Cam was always on spot and acted more like a friend and less like a realtor. Our deal was completed without any hassle and Cam takes care of all the details, it actually shocks me how well prepared he is at every step.
