She is the used car salesperson of properties will lye in order to make a sale. She will try and sell you a pig with lipstick on it. When you cancel a purchase you have to take her to court to get your deposit back. She has a long history of complaints Mb securities commison. If you want to stay away from crimality stay away from here. - Lee
Reply: Mr. Lee. On April 1 2017 you purchased a condo thru my assistant Sherry with a May 1 possession. You and I have not met. Nor have we spoken. 2 days prior to possession you decided not to close. Aside from the lawyers and realtors doing their jobs twice, we have a young couple that experienced a large financial loss in an already depressed condo market. Your deposit that you demanded back was not returned for obvious reasons. In Canada, when you enter into an agreement and fail to follow thru there is consequences. . Lorin.
-Completely unethical and unprofessional. -We had the highest offer, no exclusions or conditions, willing to work with possession date, etc. and yet, it went to another buyer, which she was conveniently representing as well. -the offer closed and her sellers accepted at LESS MONEY from her buyers -doubled represented and wasn't disclosed -didn't follow through with what was requested in the contract -double dipped and ripped off her clients .....i wonder if her clients know the could have got more money for their house?? so shady. - robyn penner
Completely unprofessional forgot everything I told her kept asking me the same questions over and over and over again and her assistant had an open house with her boyfriend here sitting awfully too close to each other in my home and they covered up the camera is completely unprofessional I would never use this agent again she kept telling me she sold 200 homes over and over and over again I do not recommend this person at all - Nivin fouakhiri
Reply: Nevin. Just to set the record straight: It is seldom that we encourage an open house in the" core area of the north end". We held an open house to satisfy you. I insisted my young attractive assistant have companionship. It is highly unusual to have "interior cameras" assembled thruout the home, therefore when she placed her coat on the counter it may have blocked your view from watching her at your open house. The need for repetition was an inability to retain a showing schedule and resulted in the dog attacking a realtor. We were being questioned as to the use of the property by fellow realtors and decided to drop the listing not wanting the association. Lorin.
Lorin McLachlan was probably the very worst agent we could have chosen. She uses her polished schpeal to get your interest and seems to be all gung-ho to sell your property fast and for a good price. Once, you sign with her though, she moves on to the next victim. She does nothing to sell your house and for 5%....we fired her after a month, realizing she did not even bother to show the property to other agents as she said she was going to before the open houses, which she was never at.... - J.
