I'm an anglophone from out-of-province, so I wasn't very familiar with the legal framework for condos in Quebec, nor with the new laws relating to condo associations (Bill 16 and friends) and their impact on purchasing a condo. I'm very particular about doing my own due diligence with anything I get into. I want to see various documents for myself, I examine floor plans, look at adjacent areas on Google Streetview before ever viewing a place in person. I care a lot about the little details. Behrooz and Sandra were very helpful in pointing out pertinent details in documents I would otherwise not have known about, or would not have had access to myself.
