I'm an anglophone from out-of-province, so I wasn't very familiar with the legal framework for condos in Quebec, nor with the new laws relating to condo associations (Bill 16 and friends) and their impact on purchasing a condo. Behrooz and Sandra were very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision on which property to purchase, apprised me of the mechanisms I could use to get more information about the health of a condo building, and they were also invaluable during negotiations. I'm very particular about doing my own due diligence with anything I get into. I want to see various documents for myself, I examine floor plans, look at adjacent areas on Google Streetview before ever viewing a place in person. I care a lot about the little details. Behrooz and Sandra were very helpful in pointing out pertinent details in documents I would otherwise not have known about, or would not have had access to myself. I also appreciated that they did not try to push me towards higher-end properties than I was interested in, and were always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.
