This was my second transaction with Behrooz, he provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. I highly recommend Behrooz without any reservations. Behrooz's was exceptional in handling an our puchase, which we completed entirely while we were out of the province. He took tonnes of videos of the surrounding streets, amenities and the actual unit which gave us a lot of confidence. He also let us know about neighborhoods trends & develooments. Behrooz is not shy at negotiating and naturally wants to get his clients the best price. We purchased a unit that had been reduced in price twice and Behrooz was able to get us a 3rd reduction and wanted to go even further Behrooz, but we were satisfied and decided to accept the clients last counteroffer. Even after all the negotiations were done and the price was finalized, he managed to still get more out of the seller by asking the seller to buy a new hot water tank for us. They agreed!
