Working with Andreia was a lot more than selling a house, she helped us so much beside what real estate involves, from offering staging with partners that she works with, to make everything so clear for us when to sell, how to do it so everything would work for our situation, considering we were out of country at the moment we sold the house. I approached Andreia in the spring because I wanted to sell my house and buy a new one. She came highly recommended by friends. Andreia was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and offering sound advice. She staging advice as well as taking pictures of the property. We found KW Casa Realty on the internet!. It’s really that simple but a review wouldn't be a review without the proper narrative… So for some context…upon commencing our hunt, my fiance and I were new to the real estate game, definitely inexperienced first time home buyers, and had a different vision for the type of house we wanted. Not to mention, we were both extremely picky and very selective. Any realtor’s dream clients :) Fast forward seven months later and 100 toured homes – we just closed on our ideal home! It wouldn’t have been possible without KW Casa's finest realtors: Andreia, Cristina & Constantin. They maintained there professionalism despite my annoying tendencies. I would harass them at all hours of the day with the new properties I wanted to see and questions we had pertaining to ones we already had seen before. Andreia Nica is a “FRAUD” realtor who took a hidden buyer agreement signed without our notice! I was a first-time home buyer at that time and She worked under a real estate broker of KW CASA REALTY INC. Brokerage. At a certain point, she got a hidden buyer agreement signed by me without my notice that tied me to that agent for long times. But I didn’t realize I would done so as part of the paperwork in making an offer on a residential property. When Andreia asked me to sign an offer for a property, she even did not come by herself. She sent another lady to get those signed by me. But worst part is that, a hidden “buyer representation agreement form” was inside the all those paper work, and that is definitely without my notice/knowledge. Her friend even did not explain anything about the buyer representation agreement form, not even Andreia. I was totally not informed about that “hidden” form and thus signed all those form that came along with property (offer) documents. Moreover, while signing the paperwork, she even did not explained anything about it. In those papers, she marked "x" where to signed and initial. And, I just trusted on her and gave the initials and signatures. Moreover, they did not give me any copy of this buyer representation agreement. Lastly, she showed a property where the basement was illegal but she did not explain this to us. What she wanted to do, to let me buy a home ASAP so that she can take her commission fast! She is dishonest to me! I never recommend her! Be careful, all buyers! - Tanvir
Andreia helped us to buy my second home in an incredibly daunting seller’s market in Kitchener Waterloo area. If I had to do it again, I’m honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Andreia helping us through the year-long process. She has the patience of a saint. If not for his reassurances and gentle nudging, we probably still wouldn’t have a house. Most of the single family homes in my price range were older and had fairly major problems. I relied on Andreia’s expertise to understand the scope of the problems and how we should factor them into our offers.
