I approached Andreia in the spring because I wanted to sell my house and buy a new one. She came highly recommended by friends. Andreia was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and offering sound advice. She staging advice as well as taking pictures of the property. Dealing with her was very easy, she was always quick to respond to questions and requests an her advice was well founded and reasonable. In the end I decided not to sell the house, however I did find Andreia’s advices to be invaluable in helping me make my decision regarding my house.
