Amber is very knowledgeable but made the whole transaction feel like it was just another number she was going to add to her total sales for the year. Things that were important to myself as the seller were not acknowledged by her and her sales team, and was made to feel like this transaction was not as important as other deals they were working on at the current time.

Good Morning Natasha! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I know with reviews platforms, it gives people the opportunity to speak their minds and we have to take the good with the bad. With your somewhat nasty review, I was quite shocked & dumbfounded to be honest. Throughout the course of dealing with yourself + the 5 other Sellers that owned your Family property--we got back to any emails, phone calls, messages, etc.. in extremely fast & professional fashion. The 3D Virtual Reality Home Tour + Custom Property Video + Property Slideshow that we created for you turned out fantastic and showcased the Cottage very well. Our promotion of the property in social media and other medias were super successful and got us a sale with an excellent sale price for the Family, in very little time. The only issue I can even fathom you might've had your nose out of joint with, was when you emailed me to ask me who had dug internet lines in the ground of the cottage. I had no idea, had not been notified by the other Agent, or Buyer...so I assumed it was done by the local GB Tel Folks, who are actively putting in internet lines in the Community currently. I got back to your emails fast and with info on who you could call. I'm sorry that you feel the way you do, but I have to say that I do feel this review is unwarranted and unfair to our Team.
