Amber was fantastic, we purchase our first vacation property through her in Sauble and it was a great experience, her first hand knowledge of the area and how detailed she gets with the inspection is truly impressive. I have zero hesitation recommending Area for the entire Grey/Bruce area. She is the best in the business.
