Amir showed little to no interest in helping us secure a visit to a rental. He failed to check his emails for multiple days regarding my inquiries. When he answered the phone he did not sound professional and did not speak until I asked if anyone was there. On this phone Amir reassured me that I would be able to go and visit the rental the following day and would contact me to let me know when. Amir failed to reach out to update on the status of the property until I messaged him once again asking if there was a time that we would be able to see the property Amir’s response was “hi it’s leased”.
