Amir showed little to no interest in helping us secure a visit to a rental. He failed to check his emails for multiple days regarding my inquiries. When he answered the phone he did not sound professional and did not speak until I asked if anyone was there. On this phone Amir reassured me that I would be able to go and visit the rental the following day and would contact me to let me know when.
