I am a first time homebuyer who was looking for an apartment and Amy managed to find me a perfect place in a process that took only about 6 months from beginning to search to move in. Amy will go above and beyond, as when I sent Amy the listing of an apartment off realtor.ca, the place ended up initially being taken off market. She took the initiative to get ahold of the buyers anyways and got them to show me around the unit and was very thorough with her checks of the conditions surrounding the unit. That apartment ended up being the one I closed on. I feel that Amy had my best intrests at heart since she encouraged me to look for other places when I found aspects of a unit that wouldn't work for me and in particular I was going to put in an offer for above the market price , Amy discussed that with me and ended up saving me thousands as a much lower offer ended up being accepted. All in all I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking for a new house, and especially any first time home buyers.
