I am a first time homebuyer who was looking for an apartment and Amy managed to find me a perfect place in a process that took only about 6 months from beginning to search to move in. Amy will go above and beyond, as when I sent Amy the listing of an apartment off realtor.ca, the place ended up initially being taken off market. She took the initiative to get ahold of the buyers anyways and got them to show me around the unit and was very thorough with her checks of the conditions surrounding the unit. That apartment ended up being the one I closed on.
