I don’t recommend Andrey, aftercare was bad , basically I had to ask every for single thing and answer was given me was like I’m asking for the favor all the time , given the fact that I paid 34000$ worth of agent fee in total which 4 % went to Andrey I’m honestly regret that I didn’t go with the other agent or just website without an agent , because I did all showings myself , there was 2 open house which we had 1pr 2 ppl arrived and I could totally show the house myself , I absolutely didn’t see any value of work for this money . So don’t recommend this agent
