Can be used for market research, access to information restricted for agents only. Schedules and organizes visits. Poor deal management and negotiation. Terrible after sale support. Do not hire an inspector recommended by him, especially Evgeny Govshievich. Useless. In the end of the day closing a deal and getting a commission is all he cares about, no surprise there. - Alexander Azimov

This agent might be useful like any other to gain access to resources unavailable to general public, like notary records and transaction history for a property. The agent has a good customer oriented approach to make client comfy and start trusting him, but don't be fooled - like any other broker his interest is one and only - sell and get his commission. Do your homework, and don't trust anyone. Do not use his referred inspectors, notaries, etc. Hire your own expertise after researching the subject. Even though we were under no obligation, we included this agent in the deal for the property we found ourselves. It wasn't in any listings from him. And we regreted it big time. We were too naive to think that he was there to represent our interests. Especially after being referred by someone we knew it we took it for granted to rely on his integrity. Big mistake on our part.
I don’t recommend Andrey, aftercare was bad , basically I had to ask every for single thing and answer was given me was like I’m asking for the favor all the time , given the fact that I paid 34000$ worth of agent fee in total which 4 % went to Andrey I’m honestly regret that I didn’t go with the other agent or just website without an agent , because I did all showings myself , there was 2 open house which we had 1pr 2 ppl arrived and I could totally show the house myself , I absolutely didn’t see any value of work for this money .
