Andy was amazing. I can be high maintenance when purchasing a large item, every question , every house I asked information on he answered my first call 90% of the time the other 10 he always returned my call within minutes. When showing a house you can count on Andy to point out what will need work and roughly the cost so you can factor it into the price. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to anyone I know who will be listing.
