Andrew is the real deal; I would highly recommend him to anyone (including family). He was always available by phone or text, even on evenings and weekends. He helped us sell our home for exactly what we wanted - and came with us to view countless homes that we were looking to buy. After touring about ten homes, we apologized to him for not finding the right one. He insisted we not apologize, telling us he loved his job and he was always willing to check out different listing. The next day, he was still suggesting properties. When it comes to negotiations, he’s the best! Solid recommendations, and at the end of the day realizes he working for you. There’s no ego or BS here. If you want someone you can reach directly and trust fully, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere; Andrew is your guy. I can be high maintenance when purchasing a large item, every question , every house I asked information on he answered my first call 90% of the time the other 10 he always returned my call within minutes.
