Recently, Anita and Katrina helped us get our first home in Canada. They distinguished themselves from a lot of other realtors out there (and I did try to work with 2 others before them) by being patient, frank and professional (i.e. they do not give you misleading recommendations like "this house is great for your family" etc. just in order to close the deal), they understood what we wanted and helped us focus on that, and they are also very measured in their giving of opinion and advice. In addition, since we were (and still are) quite unknowledgeable on the topic of real-estate and all related procedures, they took their time to explain to us every single detail, did good investigative work on strata documents, and most importantly managed to negotiate a lower-than-asking price for our house.
