They distinguished themselves from a lot of other realtors out there (and I did try to work with 2 others before them) by being patient, frank and professional (i.e. they do not give you misleading recommendations like "this house is great for your family" etc. just in order to close the deal), they understood what we wanted and helped us focus on that, and they are also very measured in their giving of opinion and advice.
