This review is long overdue but very much deserved. We used Art to sell our condo last May and he was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we met with him, he instilled confidence in us and we knew we were in good hands. Art exhibits all the qualities you would want in a realtor. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, dedicated, hard working, and truly cares about his clients and the deals he makes. Art was able to sell our condo in a reasonable time frame, in a tough market, and for significantly more money than we expected. Art also helped us build our current home and we couldn’t be happier. He was so supportive and really had our best interests in mind through the building process. We are so thankful we had his knowledge and support though a process that was new for us. We also had the pleasure of working with Michelle during the buy/sell process and she was very helpful. We are so happy Art was recommended to us - we not only had a great experience but we have also gained a great friend.
