Be careful when work with that 'realtor' - in my case he charged $565 after closing pretending that I did not provide him with conditions waver (I did) - my lawyer said it is a fraud and he would be happy to destroy him in the court. I had to cancel my credit card and submit unapproved transaction to get my money back. Keep away from that rogue.

Reply: We offer a low cost flat fee mls listing service for property owners trying to sell or lease their property with MLS exposure and zero commissions associated with full service real estate agents. Since the owners are selling "for sale by owner" they are obligated contractually to inform us within 24 hours of an offer being accepted or amendments to said offer. Unfortunately, this customer, while successful in selling his own property, failed to inform us and keep us in the loop. This creates additional administrative effort on our part to update the listing and adhere to our MLS rules. We have many happy customers at forsalebyowner49.ca!
