worst experience ever. Be careful when work with that 'realtor' - in my case he charged $565 after closing pretending that I did not provide him with conditions waver (I did) - my lawyer said it is a fraud and he would be happy to destroy him in the court. I had to cancel my credit card and submit unapproved transaction to get my money back. Keep away from that rogue. - Serge

Reply: We offer a low cost flat fee mls listing service for property owners trying to sell or lease their property with MLS exposure and zero commissions associated with full service real estate agents. Since the owners are selling "for sale by owner" they are obligated contractually to inform us within 24 hours of an offer being accepted or amendments to said offer. Unfortunately, this customer, while successful in selling his own property, failed to inform us and keep us in the loop. This creates additional administrative effort on our part to update the listing and adhere to our MLS rules. We have many happy customers at forsalebyowner49.ca!

He was very rude and disrespectful. He did not provide the MLS listing on the local board, which is the entire point of FSBO to make the listing visible to local realtors and buyers... but this was NOT relayed on the website, then when politely requesting a refund, he basically told me to f*ck off. - Alison

Reply: Our terms are transparent on our site: therealtycommission.com. We provide an MLS listing on REALTOR.ca for $199 until sold. We do not advertise or offer local board listings visible only to agents in this customers location. The entire point of FSBO (for sale by owner) is to sell your property without paying commission to agents. Adding the exposure on REALTOR.ca improves your chances for a successful private sale.
