Relates to other real estate professionals terribly just as others have said. Willfully verbally abuses the other party out of thin air if they don't comply with demands immediately. Seems to have a bone to pick with buyers agents. Seems to not understand it is a buyers market. Very bad if you want to really prefer not to scare away buyers.
