Did not disclose HOA memberships of not 1 but 2 associations with dues on the MLS or at all before the signing of contract. Which means she’s either dishonest or incompetent as an agent. Constantly belittling our buying agent. Upon viewing other reviews I am not alone in this opinion. Avoid the “poison Barb”! - James

Barb was extremely uncommunicative and hard to get in touch with, not to mention rude to the other professionals involved in the transaction. She was difficult to work with and I feel sorry for any other unsuspecting client who doesn’t know what good service should look like. - Debbi Mintz
