I highly recommend Barry, he helped me buy my first apartment about 10 years ago and has been my realtor ever since. Last spring I bought a new condo without using him, it was a mistake and he got me out of that situation quickly and helped me buy the new home that I live in now. He has continued to follow up with the builder to make sure some of the deficiencies are carried out. He even called the city on my behalf about cutting down some dangerous nuisance trees at the back which are on City property.
