Two more successful transactions with Bart! Bart went out and found me two rental properties that were not on the market but we're in good condition with good rental history. He found both in under a month and they were different owners. Both make a great returns​ and are quality rentals. Once again this shows his knowledge and willingness​ to work. Both of these happened because of Barts demeanor and basic courteous way. Approaching owners correctly to see if they may be interested in selling a property takes that courtesy or it will never work.
