I have used Bart for many transactions. I found him by going to a bunch of open houses and interviewing agents. He has been easy to deal with and will listen to what I have to say. We have discussed market prices and I have found him to be quite good at his judgement of the market. As a seller I always want to get more and as a buyer I want to pay less. Bart has always presented every offer I have made, something alot of agents will not do even though that is there job. He also has brought every offer people have made to me,also something that not all agents do. Bart acts layed back but is really willing to work for me. If ask to see something he sets a date and time as quickly as possible. He is willing to help both buyers and sellers find the experts they need to make a deal work. I hope he stays selling for a number of years as I don't feel like the arduous task of looking for another decent real estate agent. - Tom
Two more successful transactions with Bart! Bart went out and found me two rental properties that were not on the market but we're in good condition with good rental history. He found both in under a month and they were different owners. Both make a great returns and are quality rentals. Once again this shows his knowledge and willingness to work. Both of these happened because of Barts demeanor and basic courteous way. Approaching owners correctly to see if they may be interested in selling a property takes that courtesy or it will never work. - Gaines
