We want to thank Basil and his team for helping us selling our home in Milton. At the time, we were considering selling and had already spoken with a realtor we had used before, but the pricing and strategy didn’t make sense to us. We met Basil at an open house and he was very personable and knowledgeable about the house and the area. We invited him to our house to give us his opinion about the house. From the moment he walked in he knew everything about our house and evaluated it on the spot. His marketing and pricing strategy was multi-tier which was a pleasant surprise. He was bull's-eye in his execution. He has been our family realtor ever since. We wholeheartedly recommend him to any one looking to buy or sell in Milton.
