Basil is professional, transparent, resourceful, great team player, and above all, down to earth. It was the first time we sell a house. We interviewed more than one real estate agent. It was apparent that Basil is a smart hard-working agent. In our interview, Basil walked me through his strategies in listing the house. To my surprise, he had more than one strategy in case something changes in the last minute in this volatile market. Many uncertainties were out of control but with a lot of planning and preparation we were able to list in the right time so we get our preferred closing date and get the highest the market can offer. Basil works with a professional team that doesn’t leave any small detail. Staging, videography, and photography made our house stand out the moment it went for sale. In few hours, we had dozens of showing requests. Basil was quick to respond, patient, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns in no time.
