We had pleasure of working with Behrooz Davani, it was the best experience! We were first time home buyers and Behrooz was patient and answered every question we had. he is highly attentive to details and he is very knowledgeable about home construction and repair and he gave us great advice with each house we toured of how we could do small things to improve the value of the home as it was ours. He also helped to steer us away from homes that wouldn't be the best value for us. It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we loved the best! We definitely could not have done this without Behrooz, and he really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. Bottom line – I can’t imagine having a more positive experience and recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this stressful market.
