Behrooz has been a wonderful agent. He would often call me with updates about what the market was like and was able to negotiate really well on my behalf. He also got back to me right away whenever I tried to get a hold of him and when he couldn’t pick up he would send me a message to let me know when he would call back. He was also very helpful in finding me a tenant as a backup plan when the market was slow.
