I googled the best realtor in Burnaby and found Ben D'Ovidio. I emailed him my requests; needs; pricing; etc and within hours he had emailed me a selection of condos. We picked our top 5 and that weekend he had us visit them. We were new to the procedure and scared of the unknown. So many things to know; learn and figure out- it was overwhelming. Ben walked us through every little step and explained verbally and on paper what we needed to know; do and expect. The more we visited the more pickier we got and poor Ben had to work hard to find our specifics and he did- very quickly! We found our gem from that weekend of visits and he got us down to an amount that we could live with in our financial means moving forward knowing we found a great condo in a great area with a great price he for us! I could go on and on but Ben will never know how much we appreciate his kindheartness as he walked us through things we were clueless about...from start to end - the transition was easy bc he made it so. He stayed by our sides with every question. I am so glad we found him and I have given his name to everyone we know! I can't say enough about his whole team. BRAVO to them all. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN! You aren't on there as top 1% for nothing...you work hard and it is a well deserved and earned title!
