It would be an understatement to say that the 2025–2026 Vancouver real estate market has been slow. We had first listed our home in June 2025 with a different realtor. The property remained on the market for four months without receiving a single offer. Disappointed but determined, we decided to take it off the market, make some strategic improvements and relist in the new year. This time, we committed to interviewing a short list of realtors before making our decision. From our very first sit-down meeting with Ben, we felt a strong sense of confidence in his ability to represent us.
