I started working with Ben over a year ago to search for a home. He patiently worked with me, we looked at many houses, and he proactively sent me specific listings that fit my criteria, and even went to open houses on my behalf when I wasn't available. When we finally found the perfect place, he did an amazing job negotiating on my behalf, I still can't believe the deal he got me! I have worked with several very good realtors over the years in different cities and provinces, and Ben is easily the best one I've worked with. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future, and after hearing of my experience, my friends plan to use him as well when they are ready to buy :)
