Ben went over and beyond when it came to selling our townhome in a slow market. There were similar townhomes in our area that were also selling too, but we believe it was because of all of Ben’s hard work that we were able to sell when others were unable to. He went the extra mile and it seemed like he never took a day off. We had such a smooth process with him and he kept us in the loop the entire way, including sending us weekly reports.
