Ben worked with me despite being 1800km from the property. He got me a excellent price on the sale and it was a pleasant, professional experience throughout. He assisted me in engaging a conveyance lawyer to deal with the BC/Vancouver specific aspects of the sale and offered his staff to assist with anything I needed regarding the home. He was in frequent contact and was patient while unexpected issues surrounding the will arose. Overall my experience was excellent and having Ben on my side of sale greatly eased an already overwhelming process in dealing with an estate without a properly setup will. If ever I need to buy or sell another property in the GVA, he will be my first call.
