I would not recommend this realtor, very unprofessional and under handed practices. Does not look out for the best interest of a seller and is willing to potentially put them into legal issues. Has a very bad reputation around Regina, talked to several past buyers, sellers who have had terrible experiences with him. Knowing how shady this realtor is, I would never enter into a bid on a property he has listed or use him as a listing agent. I am filing a complaint with the Real Estate Commission and after talks with lawyers this guy is a real shady underhanded guy who does not follow proper professional conduct and tries to rescind already signed contracts because he has absolutely no professional integrity.
