We must say Ben has been the best real estate agent we have used in the 40 years we have been in the real estate market. We used Ben for the sale of our home during the Spring of 2022 and was a pleasure to work with. He not only brought the professionalism but years of experience in his approach to the market. He kept in close contact during all aspects of the sale with conversations at least weekly. When we were getting frustrated with the negotiations he brought solid reasoning and explanation to the table. He was able to explain the different options with the pros and cons of each. I would not recommend this realtor, very unprofessional and under handed practices. Does not look out for the best interest of a seller and is willing to potentially put them into legal issues. Has a very bad reputation around Regina, talked to several past buyers, sellers who have had terrible experiences with him. Knowing how shady this realtor is, I would never enter into a bid on a property he has listed or use him as a listing agent. I am filing a complaint with the Real Estate Commission and after talks with lawyers this guy is a real shady underhanded guy who does not follow proper professional conduct and tries to rescind already signed contracts because he has absolutely no professional integrity. - Elyse
