My family had survived a fire back in May. I was finding it hard to find a place to rent on my own while staying in shelters. A friend who knew Bill Papaioannou called him to see if he could help. Bill right away said yes and hooked me up with his team member Greg Rozakis. I had only one requirement for our home, it had to be a house that was all ours. I didn't want to live in an apartment anymore. My budget was only $2,400.00 a month included, which Greg Rozakis felt he could work with. At first there were a lot to look at, which we went to see and applied to quite a few but were getting nowhere and I was ready to give up and take a place in a building. Greg Rozakis didn't give up, he said there is the right place out there, with a landlord that will give me chance and sure enough he found it. Greg Rozakis had not only found us a house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, good storage and well within our budget. The day my family went to see the home, I got a surprise, the place was also in my kids current school district, which meant everything to my kids. The only thing the house didn't have was back yard the kids could play in, but it does have a park that I can see from my front porch and enjoy watching the kids play there.
