My wife Julie and I are often requested to fill out surveys and/or rate a service or a person's performance. We like to provide feedback but we limit our response to experiences that we feel are exemplary. Our relationship will Bill Papaioannou was such an example. In a business that is often criticized and one in which we approached in a cautious manner, we were happy to have met Bill. He was recommended to us by very good friends and he more than met our expectations. Bill represented us in negotiating the purchase of a home and was very informative, patient, and professional. This all occurred during Christmas which is challenging in the fact that negotiations are greatly affected by everyone's schedules and holiday commitments. Regardless, Bill persevered in representing us fully. We will continue to use Bill and his network of associates, of which Greg Rozakis was an integral contributor, in the future.
