Selling a home can be a challenging and tense process, but Bill made the entire endeavor, a joyful experience. He quickly provided direction, as to any repairs needed. He provided the repair man, who charged me low repair costs. He staged the house, and brought a professional photographer to take pictures for marketing/advertising purposes, which were fantastically done. He even helped me with getting the legal fees taken care of. Most importantly, upon reflection, he sold my house for above the asking price, in less than two weeks, (and this was when the market wasn't even doing well). He is extremely professional, an experienced and diligent go getter, an excellent communicator, and someone who with great real estate knowledge, gets the job done really fast, at the ease of his client. He's also a great, honest and friendly guy, who made great effort to get to know me and my family, and my definite recommended goto person, with anything related to real estate, even outside of the greater Hamilton area.
