My husband and I recently used Bill to sell our rental property. he was excellent to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending him. We interviewed several agents and in the end decided to use Bill for 2 reasons; he appeared to have a lot of expereince in selling in the Hamilton area and also was used to working with tenants. We had lovely tenants and it was important to us that they were treated with respect as we sold our home. In all honesty I would say that we got better service than we expected from Bill for a lot of the reasons that are talked about in the other reviews that I have read about him. Bill worked collaboratively with us, answering our questions and guiding our sellling strategy. We were able to benefit from his own network in that we used his stager, snow removal service, lawyer and handyman; all of whom were excellent. Bill guided us through research on how much to list the house for. Once the house was listed Bill always stayed in touch with us, keeping us updated and as offers came in we were able to discuss and agree on how to proceed. The house sold quickly and in the expected price range. Bill made the entrie process as easy as it can be to sell a house.
