Where do I start. This was my first time selling a home. I was very skeptical & weary having my home previously listed with a Mega Team and another big name real estate agent with very little communication and results. Given my unique personal situation he went well above what was necessary and needed to get my home ready for closing. He and his team packed up my home and organized shipping for my car, Rv and personal items out of the country for me. I found Bill to be extremely helpful, reliable, trustworthy and transparent throughout the whole process.
