Although meeting Brad was a chance encounter, I am incredibly satisfied with the way that things have turned out with Brad being our realtor. My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in Cochrane, with a move-in date of 2-3 months after our search starting date. Within a couple of days of meeting Brad, he was collecting information about our house preferences and was sending us listings soon after. He accepted any feedback that we had regarding listings and made an effort to tailor the house listings that he sent to our preferences. When it came to attending in-person showings of houses, he was fantastic for scheduling multiple showings after one another. I will never forget how we came across our dream home - we were in Cochrane looking at houses when we came across another home that was not on our list but that was having an open house...which happened to be ending in 10 minutes while we were a 10 minute drive away! Brad contacted the other real estate agent and convinced her to stay a bit longer for us. From there, the rest was history. Brad offered us tips and tricks to help us secure the home when there was a competing offer, including writing a personalized letter to the sellers. After "purchasing" our home, Brad lead us through the process of having a home inspection done, made recommendations for real estate lawyers, and even did our 24 hour pre-move in walkthrough for us as we were out of town. Overall, Brad has been a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor. He's become like family to us with how much he's supported us through the process of purchasing our first home.
