Brad made the entire buying process fun and exciting. Took the stress right out of it. He took care of any behind-the-scenes work and was continually checking in with the builder's solicitors and our lawyers to make sure the house would go through in time for possession. Was a peaceful and encouraging presence to have around! Would highly recommend Brad to any buyer or seller out there!
